Ablespine's unique design is safer than a foam roller, better for your back and designed by Science. You simply lay back on it and allow your spine to Relax, Realign and Recover. Bellow are some specific postures your can try to maximize it's function. 

 

 

relaxation posture

Lay back with your cranium aligned with the top of the ablespine, bring your knees to about 90 degrees and lay your arms out by your side with your palms facing up. Take some deep breaths into your chest and relaxing your shoulders as you breathe out. Hold this posture for 6 -8 minutes to relax, realign and recover.

chest expansion | better posture & breathing

Lay back with your cranium aligned with the top of the ablespine. Bring your knees to about 90 degrees and extend your arms out bye your side with your palms facing up. Take some deep breaths into your chest holding each breath for 2-3 seconds and then relax your shoulders as you breathe out. Hold this posture for 6 -8 minutes to expand your chest and improve posture.


  

spinal traction | better posture & alignment.

Lay back with your cranium aligned with the top of the ABLESPINE and bring your knees to about 90 degrees. Extend your arms so that they are carefully hovering over your head. Take another 5 deep breaths holding each breath for 2-3 seconds before gently releasing each breath.
